The Office of Student Conduct
completes institutional
behavioral background checks for
students applying to other
institutions or for employment.
Please allow a minimum of 24
hours for all forms to be
completed.
All background forms must be
accompanied by a release from
the student allowing the Office
of Student Conduct to share the
information requested with the
other institution or potential
employer. If this is not
provided by the company, you can
use the one
here.
If you would like to confirm
what will/will not be released
when signing this waiver, please
feel free to contact the office.
We will be more than happy
confirm the information that
will be released in case you
need to clarify this on an
application.
